Court Farm Self Catering Holiday Cottages On Exmoor

Rowan Cottage is one of our two bedroom barn-conversions, converted from a cow barn in about 2000.  The neighbouring cottage Mountain Ash is a mirror image of Rowan.

 Downstairs there is a large lounge with leather sofas and flat screen TV.  The large kitchen/diner is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs only but a dog gate is provided to prevent them from going upstairs.

The back door is a stable-type door which opens into a fenced private garden laid mainly to lawn.  There is a rotary washing line and garden chairs and table.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom has TV and tea-making facilities.  Both bedrooms have their own wash basins.

All bed linen, electricity and fuel costs are included in the price.  Cots & high chairs are available on request.  Sets of towels (face, hand and bath) can be hired at a cost of £5 per person per week,

There is a car parking space immediately adjacent to Rowan Cottage with additional free car parking available in our car park close to the cottage where there is also room for parking horse trailers for those bringing horses.
