Our Prices
We include all electricity, full oil central heating, wood for log burners and the supply of bed-linen in the price.
There are no hidden extras (and you won't need to find coins for coin meters)! All of our cottages are non-smoking.
We charge £10.00 per week or part week for each dog that you bring with you. There is no charge if your dogs do not enter the cottages. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in any of the cottages - gates are provided at the foot of the stairs to help you meet this condition.
We do book short breaks where availability permits, particularly out of high season. The following prices apply:
Up to 2 days is 2/5 of the weekly price.
Additional days are charged at 1/5 of the weekly price per day.
The maximum charge for a stay of less than a week will not be more than the weekly charge. Please email or phone if you are interested in a short break. On line booking can only be accepted for full weeks and special offers. Your cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. You should vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of departure. If you would like other arrangements then please contact us and, where possible, we will try to meet your needs.
Making a Booking
Our normal booking week is from Saturday to Saturday.
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards and by interbank transfer. You may also book on-line for full week bookings or for advertised special offers. We will accept payment by cheque but your booking will not be confirmed until the cheque is cleared. Please note that we do not accept payment by American Express.
We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to a booking being confirmed.
To secure a booking a 50% deposit must be paid - on-line deposits may vary. Note, if booking on-line less than one month before arrival, please choose the option to pay the full amount.
The balance of payment is due no later than one month before your arrival date - please see the terms and conditions below.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be moved to a different week's booking. Whether we can do this depends on a number of factors including whether we can re-let the original booked week. If we can move your booking we cannot guarantee that the total price will be the same as the original booking.
If you cancel a booking the full amount will be due unless we can re-let the accommodation. We will make every effort to do this but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. We do recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover unforseen circumstances preventing you from taking your holiday.
We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the full amount is not paid on time.
If circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to provide you with the accommodation you have booked, our liability will be limited to a full refund of any payments you have made to us.
Support for the Mobility Impaired
All our cottages are two storey buildings with stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. All stairs have handrails.
Environmental Statement
Court Farm encourages all visitors to be as sparing as possible in consuming resources such as water, oil and electricity and to recycle as much as possible. We provide separate bins for recyclable matter. All cottages have low energy lightbulbs and double glazing. Electricity is partly supplied from Solar panels.
