We have three cottages to choose from, all rated as 3 Star by EnjoyEngland, all are non-smoking and dog-friendly although dogs are not allowed upstairs. Mountain Ash and Rowan cottages have two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and sleep up to four adults, Snowdrop cottage is a one-bedroom cottage sleeping two adults. Heating, electricity and bed-linen are all included in the price. All have wood burning stoves, central heating, are well-equipped and have wifi. The cottages are dog-friendly with their own secure gardens and miles of walking direct from the front door - it really is dog heaven here. Our cottages are also ideal if you want to bring your horse as we can provide stabling and grazing by arrangement. You can ride directly on to Exmoor at Room Hill.
Located in the Somerset village of Exford, Court Farm Holiday Cottages are positioned on a bridleway adjacent to the River Exe right in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Ideal for walkers, riders, cyclists, dogs and their owners and anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the true English countryside. England’s largest wild animal, the Red Deer and the endangered Exmoor Pony can all be seen on Exmoor close to Court Farm. The excellent food pubs and village shops in Exford are less than a 10 minute walk away while the beaches of North Devon are only a 40 minute drive away. Whether you are seeking an active or relaxing break you can be assured of a warm welcome at Court Farm
A wonderful centre for exploring this area of unspoilt countryside, it is also ideal for a spot of stargazing. Exmoor National Park has recently acquired International Dark Sky Reserve status and featured on the recent BBC Stargazing Live. There are more activities planned for the year.
